- Are there any costs besides the monthly rent?
- In addition to rent, there are initial costs of ¥5,500 for linen and ¥4,500 for cleaning. No deposit, key money, or agent fee is required. Utilities are included in the monthly fee, and Wi-Fi is provided as part of the facilities.
- What furniture and appliances are provided?
- We provide everything you need for daily life, including a bed, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and Wi-Fi. Just bring your belongings and move in.
- Can I extend or shorten my contract?
- Extensions are possible if your desired period is available. Please contact us first.
- What are the steps and required documents for moving in?
- The process is: notify us of your application, fill in the application form, review and agree to the contract, then pay. If your application is completed by noon the day before, you can move in as early as the next day (subject to screening).
- What payment methods are accepted?
- Credit card payment (lump-sum prepayment before move-in) is accepted. Bank transfer is also available.
- Can I view the room in advance?
- Because our properties are unmanned, we do not offer viewings. Photos and facility information are available on each property page.
