- Contract Process
- After filling out the application form, please complete the contract and payment online. We will send you the move-in instructions and key collection method by email, so there is no need to visit our office. At the time of application, we require registration of your ID as specified by our company.

- We request payment in full by credit card before move-in. If you prefer bank transfer, please let us know. *Note: We may not be able to accept bank transfers outside of banking hours.
