Check-in hours at this facility are from 15:00 to 22:00.

Please note that check-in is not possible after 22:00, and no refunds will be given.

This facility does not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Payment is by credit card only; simply scan the QR code at the site and enter your credit card information.

・Usage Time

BBQ use is available until 9 PM.

*Regarding BBQ Use in Rainy Weather

The cottage verandas do not have rain or sun protection.

Please use the BBQ area on rainy days.

*Regarding Smoking

Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Please use the designated smoking area within the facility.

*Regarding Open-Air Baths, Hot Springs, and Saunas

Our facility has a large public bath with a sauna and natural hot spring water, separate from the cottages!

Enjoying the fresh air in the open-air bath is also very pleasant.

*Operating Hours: 3 PM - 10 PM

*The large public bath (sauna) is located in a separate building from the cottages and is included in the accommodation fee.

*Private use is not possible, and it is separated by gender.

*We strictly prohibit entry to those with tattoos.

*Cancellation Fee

No cancellation fees will be incurred simply by making a reservation inquiry, so please feel free to contact us.

The actual cancellation fee will only be incurred after payment (transfer of funds) has been received.

[Cancellation Policy] Full refund up to 31 days before arrival.

80% refund from 30 to 15 days before arrival.

50% refund from 14 to 8 days before arrival.

No refund from 7 days before arrival.
