* No parties, drinking parties, or banquets.

* No smoking in rooms or around the building.

* No disturbing neighbors.

* No making noise (please be quiet after 9 PM).

* No bringing non-guests into the accommodation.

If any of the above violations are confirmed, a fine of 100,000 yen will be charged.

(Regarding noise, if improvement is not seen after a warning, we will report it to the police and you may be required to leave early or be subject to a fine.)

■ Additional measures due to customer-induced issues

If any measures other than cleaning are required during your stay or after your departure, you may be charged for the measures and special cleaning fees.

Examples of situations incurring additional charges:

* Searching for lost items (shipping costs are separate)

* Retrieving lost items from the accommodation

* Staff visits to the accommodation due to customer-initiated reasons

* Disposal of bulky waste, etc.

■ Cleaning during your stay

* Cleaning during your stay is available only for guests staying for two weeks or longer. Please contact us via message if you wish to use this service.

* The cleaning fee will be the same as the cleaning fee paid at the time of booking.

* If there are additional requests beyond standard cleaning, the billing amount may change.

* We do not offer laundry services for guests' clothing.
