If it is determined that it is difficult to operate the facility due to snowfall, etc., the reservation may be canceled at the discretion of the facility. (Full refund guarantee)

・When you cannot go to the site due to cleaning or emergency response

Also, if you come by car, snow and frozen roads will occur from around the end of November every year. Please prepare studless tires and chains as necessary.

■About the free pool

The pool will be installed from mid-July to mid-September. As the artificial turf is made of sand, guests should not drain the water they have used, but cover it with a pool cover. (The cleaning staff will drain and clean the pool during cleaning.)

* Burning things such as charcoal and bonfires is prohibited. BBQ sets that use fuel such as gas stoves can be brought in and used.
