As this is a vacation rental property, check-in is unmanned. Check-in is possible at any time after 4:00 PM.

*Early check-in and late check-out are not possible.

■Luggage Storage

This property does not store luggage before check-in or after check-out.

■Fireworks

For fire prevention reasons, hand-held fireworks are prohibited at this property.

・About Using the BBQ in Rainy Weather

This facility has rain and sun protection.

You can enjoy BBQ safely even in rainy weather.

■Smoking

Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Please use the ashtrays provided outdoors.

■Pets

【Pet Accommodation Requirements】

・We allow up to one small dog (under 10kg).

*Large dogs, cats, and other pets are not permitted.

・Dogs must have received vaccinations within the past year.

・Dogs must be potty-trained.

・If you bring a pet, there is an additional fee of ¥2,000 per dog, plus a ¥10,000 cleaning fee.

【Important Notes】

・Please keep your pet in a cage while indoors.

・Please make sure your pet wears a belly band (manners belt) while indoors.

・Do not let your pet on the bed or futon.

・Please refrain from shampooing your pet in the bathroom.

・A cleaning fee may be charged in the event of soiling or damage.

・For multiple-night stays, please refrain from leaving your dog alone in the property while you go out.

・If your dog is in heat, undergoing potty training, or prone to accidents, please have them wear pet training pants or a manners belt indoors.

・We do not provide pet supplies, so please bring your own.

■Cancellation Fee

There is no cancellation fee for simply making a reservation inquiry, so please contact us with peace of mind.

Cancellation fees will only be incurred once payment has been received.

Full refund up to 31 days prior to arrival.

80% refund from 30-15 days prior to arrival.

50% refund from 14-8 days prior to arrival.

No refunds from 7 days prior to arrival.

*A cancellation fee of 550 yen and a bank transfer fee will be charged for cancellations.
