※This property has an android monitor instead of a TV.

There is no TV tuner installed in the apartment, so you will not be able to watch terrestrial TV.

You can watch Netflix, prime video, etc. with your own account, or you can watch Youtube, etc. for free.

※Scaffolding and tile work are scheduled to take place at our facility, Luce Takanawa.

【Construction overview】

Planned construction period: February 3, 2025 to April 26, 2025 (planned)

Work period: 8:30am to 6:00pm

Work days off: Sundays and public holidays

【Caution and requests】

- Scaffolding will be erected in front of the building and mesh sheets will be laid down to prevent scattering.

- Holes will be drilled into the wall. Laundry will not be able to be hung out due to noise and dust.

- Scaffolding work is very dangerous, so please follow the instructions of guides and take great care when passing through.

- We will call out to anyone who has installed a CB or BS antenna outside on their balcony. Thank you for your understanding.

- Preparation and tidying up will take place 30 minutes before and after the work.
