There is no TV tuner, so terrestrial broadcasting is not available, but you can enjoy Netflix and Amazon. You can watch content on your own account, such as Prime, or watch YouTube for free.

■Check-in and Check-out

As this is a private villa rental, check-in is unmanned. Check-in is possible any time after 4 PM.

*Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

■Fireworks

For fire safety reasons, handheld fireworks are prohibited at this facility.

Due to snow accumulation and for safety reasons, BBQs and outdoor facilities are unavailable during the winter months.

■Cancellation Fee

There is absolutely no cancellation fee for simply making a reservation inquiry, so please feel free to contact us.

The actual cancellation fee will only be incurred after payment has been received.

Up to 31 days before arrival, all fees apply. Full refund policy:

80% refund for cancellations made 30 to 15 days prior to arrival,

50% refund for cancellations made 14 to 8 days prior to arrival,

No refund for cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival.

*A cancellation fee of 550 yen and bank transfer fees will be charged for cancellations.

*The area from the public road to the parking space is not cleared of snow.

In some cases, guests may be asked to shovel snow themselves.

Therefore, if snow is forecast, please prepare the necessary snow shoveling equipment in advance.

Please be fully prepared for snow.

*In order to comply with the regulations of the inn business, the installation of surveillance cameras is mandatory to confirm the entry and exit of guests.

Therefore, surveillance cameras are installed above the entrance of each room (indoors), and recording is made during your stay. *Only the entrance is filmed.
