The actual cancellation fee will only be charged from the time payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund up to 31 days before arrival,

80% refund from 30 to 15 days before arrival,

50% refund from 14 to 8 days before arrival,

No refund from 7 days before arrival.

*A cancellation fee of 550 yen and bank transfer fees will be charged.
