■BBQ Rental

*Please note that burning charcoal, bonfires, or any other materials is prohibited. You may bring your own BBQ set using gas stoves or other fuels.

Parking is available for 2 cars.

We have a spacious 250-tsubo (approx. 825 sq m) dog run!

Pets are welcome at this facility.

While we thoroughly clean after each use, please consider this before booking if you have animal allergies or are concerned about odors.

A dedicated cage will be provided in the living room for your pet.

****Pet Accommodation Conditions****

① We allow a maximum of two small dogs weighing 10kg or less.

Large dogs, cats, and other pets are not permitted.

② Pets must have received vaccinations within the past year.

③ Pets must be house-trained.

④ For guests bringing pets, an additional 2,000 yen per dog plus a 10,000 yen cleaning fee will apply.

****Important Notes****

・Please keep your pet in a cage indoors.

* Please ensure your dog wears a belly band indoors.

* Do not allow your dog on beds or futons.

* Please refrain from shampooing your pet in the bathroom.

* You may be charged a cleaning fee if there is any soiling or damage.

* For consecutive nights, please refrain from leaving your dog unattended in the room.

* Dogs in heat, undergoing toilet training, or prone to accidents must wear a belly band or diaper indoors.

* We do not provide any amenities, so please bring your own.

■ Cancellation Fee

There is no cancellation fee for simply making a reservation inquiry, so please feel free to contact us.

* The actual cancellation fee will only apply from the time payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund up to 31 days before arrival,

80% refund from 30 to 15 days before arrival,

50% refund from 14 to 8 days before arrival,

No refund from 7 days before arrival.

* A cancellation fee of 550 yen and bank transfer fees will be charged.
